  • Admission shall ordinarily be made within the first month of the academic year.
  • On admission parents / guardians will be supplied with the school handbook which prescribes rules of discipline.
  • A child who joins fresh from home or from a private school has to produce an official Birth Certificate such as Municipal or Baptismal Certificate in support of the date of birth entered in the admission form.

General Rules & Regulations

  • Every child must bring the school handbook to class daily. No student is allowed to tear any page from the handbook nor is permitted to use it as a rough book.
  • Any communication sent through the handbook must be taken note of and duly signed.
  • Any change in contact details must be immediately notified to the school authorities.
  • If a pupil has lost or misplaced the school handbook, he/she can buy another from the school.
  • Parents are not allowed to meet their child or teachers during school hours without the sanction of the authorities. Parents may meet the teachers during the specified hours.
  • Parents are requested not to fetch the children from school before class is over except in case of emergencies when permission should be obtained in writing.
  • The school cannot make itself responsible for books, money, clothes and other articles that are lost. It is not advisable for students to have money or valuable articles with them.
  • Any damages done to school property or to that of the other students will have to be made good.
  • The engagement of private tutors may prove injurious to real progress. Parents must therefore remember that the school discourages private tuitions.
  • Teachers of Aspee Nutan Academy are not allowed to take tuitions of any student of Aspee Nutan Academy. Engaging of a tuition teacher who is an employee of Aspee Nutan Academy will be viewed as a breach of the school’s disciplinary rules and appropriate disciplinary action will be initiated against the teacher and the student.
  • Any present or gift shall not be given to any staff member on any occasion. No collection for any purpose whatsoever should be made without the prior permission of the Principal.

Code of Conduct

  • Boys should look neat and well-groomed with hair cut short. Girls with long hair are expected to plait it with black ribbon, and hair band is a must for short hair. Nails should be kept trimmed and clean with no nail polish. Fancy earrings, chains, necklaces, make up or mehendi are not allowed.
  • Cleanliness of person and uniform is expected of every child. Those who come to school dressed untidily will not be allowed to attend school. Every student must be supplied with at least two sets of the right uniform.
  • Every student must wear his/her I-card at all times within the school premises. Parents / Guardians must carry the Escort card issued by the school during the school visits.
  • Parents not availing the transport facility have to carry Escort card everyday while collecting their child.
  • Any Damage or Loss of the card to be reported immediately to the school office. Duplicate card will be issued from the school office at an additional cost.
  • Every student is expected to be in school ten minutes before the school timing. A child coming late to school may not enter the classroom until permission is obtained from the head of the school.
  • All children should be particularly careful not to throw any papers, fruit peels, seeds, etc. on the floor in the school premises or in the compound. Waste paper basket or bins provided should be used for this purpose.
  • No student is allowed to leave the classroom without the permission of the teacher or until the class is dispersed.
  • Students must use polite and decent language and refrain from any misconduct when interacting with peers and teachers.
  • A child suffering from any contagious or infectious diseases will not be allowed to attend the school without a fitness certificate from a doctor. However, the permission to attend school lies with the Principal.

Fee Structure

Rules pertaining to School Fees

  • The school fees should be paid by cheque at the school office.
  • School fees have to be paid quarterly. Fees have to be paid in advance before the 10th of the first month of each quarter. The quarters are demarcated as:
    • June to August
    • September to November
    • December to February
    • March to May
  • Term fees must be paid along with the First and the Third quarter.
  • The first quarter fee will have to be paid at the school office. The last quarter fee will have to be paid latest before 10th of March.
  • Parents are requested to write their contact number and name, standard, division of the child behind the cheque.
  • On the payment of the school fee, the school shall issue a receipt of the same.
  • If the Parent wants the fee statement in any other format, an application is to be made to the school office. It will be made available within 7 working days. A fee of Rs. 25/- will be levied for the same.
  • In case a cheque is dishonoured, a fine of Rs. 100/- will be payable in cash for the first instance and Rs. 250/- per cheque for all subsequent instances.
  • If the fees are not paid by the scheduled date, a late fee of Rs. 100/- per week will be levied. When the payments cannot be made on the scheduled date, the student is expected to produce a written note of explanation from his/her parents.
  • The admission fee and term fee are equivalent to one month’s class fee.
  • A student whose conduct or application is unsatisfactory will forfeit any concession in school fees that may have been extended to him/her.
  • A fee of Rs. 25/- will be levied for any extract from the General Register.
  • Any kind of failure to pay fees before the close of the academic year gives the school the right to withhold the result.
  • Parents must pay the fees at the school counter only.

Admission Criteria

At Aspee Nutan Academy, the admission process is simple and transparent. The minimum age that a child should attain is – For Nursery 2.8 years and for Junior 3.8 years – by 30th September.

The admission form and prospectus will be available at the school office. Kindly fill in the Admission form and submit it to the admission-in-charge on the specified date. The form should be duly filled and be accompanied with:

  • 2 latest Passport size photographs of the child
  • original & Self-attested photo copy of the birth Certificate of the child.
  • Aadhar card of the child
  • Medical fitness certificate of the child & Blood group details, certified by the pathologist
  • Self-attested photocopy of Education Qualification certificates of father and mother (Graduation / Post Graduation Etc.).
  • Self-attested photocopy of Proof of Residence-Anyone of the following..
    1. Ration Card
    2. Passport
    3. Mahanagar Gas Bill
    4. Electricity Bill
    5. Telephone Bill
  • Prof of Sibling if applicable (Photocopy of the last year's Calendar or fee Receipt).
  • Proof of Alumni if applicable (Photo copy of School Leaving Certificate).
  • In case mother's name has been changed after weeding then necessary proof of changes in name Self-attested copy of Caste Certificated of father / child, in case of OBC/BC/SC/ST/NT
  • Proof of Nationality: Photocopy of Birth Certificate of both the parents or Voter ID card / passport of both the parents.

Please note:

  • Admission shall ordinarily be made within the first month of the Academic year, subject to availability of seats.
  • On admission, parents / guardians will be supplied with the school handbook which prescribes rules of discipline.
  • A child who joins fresh from home or from a private school has to produce an official Birth Certificate such as Municipal or Baptismal Certificate in support of the date of birth entered in the Admission Form.
  • One Calendar months’ notice is to be given before the withdrawal of the child or school fees till the month of application will be charged.
