Age Criteria 2024 - 2025
- Admission shall ordinarily be made within the first month of the academic year.
- On admission parents / guardians will be supplied with the school handbook which prescribes rules of discipline.
- A child who joins fresh from home or from a private school has to produce an official Birth Certificate such as Municipal or Baptismal Certificate in support of the date of birth entered in the admission form.
Rules pertaining to School Fees.
- The school fees should be paid by cheque at the school office.

School fees have to be paid quarterly. Fees have to be paid in advance before the 10th of the first month of each quarter. The quarters are demarcated as:
- June to August
- September to November
- December to February
- March to May
- Term fees must be paid along with the First and the Third quarter.
- The first quarter fee will have to be paid at the school office. The last quarter fee will have to be paid latest before 10th of March.
- Parents are requested to write their contact number and name, standard, division of the child behind the cheque.
- On the payment of the school fee, the school shall issue a receipt of the same.
- Kindly refer the School handbook for the rules of the fee payment.
- The admission fee and term fee are equivalent to one month’s class fee.
- A student whose conduct or application is unsatisfactory will forfeit any concession in school fees that may have been extended to him/her.
- A fee of Rs. 25/- will be levied for any extract from the General Register.
- Any kind of failure to pay fees before the close of the academic year gives the school the right to withhold the result.
- Parents must pay the fees at the school counter only.
At Aspee Nutan Academy, the admission process is simple and transparent.
The minimum age that a child should attain is – For Nursery 2.6 years and for Junior 3.6 years – By 31st December.
The admission form and prospectus will be available at the school office. Kindly fill in the Admission form and submit it to the admission-in-charge on the specified date. The form should be duly filled and be accompanied with:

- 2 latest Passport size photographs of the child
- original & Self-attested photo copy of the birth Certificate of the child.
- Aadhar card of the child
- Medical fitness certificate of the child & Blood group details, certified by the pathologist
- Self-attested photocopy of Education Qualification certificates of father and mother (Graduation / Post Graduation Etc.).

- Ration Card
- Passport
- Mahanagar Gas Bill
- Electricity Bill
- Telephone Bill
- Prof of Sibling if applicable (Photocopy of the last year's Calendar or fee Receipt).
- Proof of Alumni if applicable (Photo copy of School Leaving Certificate).
- In case mother's name has been changed after weeding then necessary proof of changes in name Self-attested copy of Caste Certificated of father / child, in case of OBC/BC/SC/ST/NT
- Proof of Nationality: Photocopy of Birth Certificate of both the parents or Voter ID card / passport of both the parents.
