General rules and regulations
- Every child must bring the school handbook to class daily. No student is allowed to tear any page from the handbook nor is permitted to use it as a rough book.
- Any communication sent through the handbook must be taken note of and duly signed.
- Any change in contact details must be immediately notified to the school authorities.
- If a pupil has lost or misplaced the school handbook, he/she can buy another from the school.
- Parents are not allowed to meet their child or teachers during school hours without the sanction of the authorities. Parents may meet the teachers during the specified hours.
- Parents are requested not to fetch the children from school before class is over except in case of emergencies when permission should be obtained in writing.
- The school cannot make itself responsible for books, money, clothes and other articles that are lost. It is not advisable for students to have money or valuable articles with them.
- Any damages done to school property or to that of the other students will have to be made good.
- The engagement of private tutors may prove injurious to real progress. Parents must therefore remember that the school discourages private tuitions.
- Teachers of Aspee Nutan Academy are not allowed to take tuitions of any student of Aspee Nutan Academy. Engaging of a tuition teacher who is an employee of Aspee Nutan Academy will be viewed as a breach of the school’s disciplinary rules and appropriate disciplinary action will be initiated against the teacher and the student.
- Any present or gift shall not be given to any staff member on any occasion. No collection for any purpose whatsoever should be made without the prior permission of the Principal.
