Shri. Ramesh Aspee founded Aspee Nutan Academy over two decades ago with a singular vision: to create a world-class institution in Mumbai that would provide children from all backgrounds with access to premium CISCE education. A visionary businessman and dedicated philanthropist, he has invested not just financially but personally in the school's growth — from its first building to its current state-of-the-art campus. Under his chairmanship, ANA has grown from a modest primary school to a full K–12 institution offering both ICSE and the IB Career-related Programme.
Mrs. Priya Nair brings over 22 years of distinguished service in education, including pivotal roles at leading CISCE schools across Mumbai and Pune. She joined ANA as Vice Principal in 2015 and was appointed Principal in 2019. Her tenure has seen the introduction of the IBCP programme, the complete modernization of ANA's curriculum, and the construction of the Innovation Lab. A National Best Teacher Award recipient (2021), she is known for her open-door policy and genuine connection with every student and parent in the school community.
Dr. Suresh Kulkarni joined ANA in 2020 to spearhead the establishment of the IB Career-related Programme — making ANA one of only a handful of schools in Mumbai to offer this globally recognized curriculum. A Ph.D. holder from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and a certified IBO Workshop Leader, he has trained teachers across South Asia in IB pedagogy. Under his leadership, ANA's first IBCP cohort achieved a 100% certification rate, with graduates receiving university offers from the UK, Canada, and Europe.
Management Committee
Manages the administrative and financial operations of ANA Trust. Drives infrastructure expansion and technology adoption across the campus.
Oversees curriculum alignment, board examination compliance, and faculty development programmes. Former CISCE zonal representative.
Chartered Accountant managing ANA's financial governance, infrastructure projects, and endowment fund for scholarships and facilities.
Child psychologist and welfare specialist who ensures that ANA's pastoral care, counselling, and student support systems are world-class.
IIT alumnus and tech entrepreneur who guides ANA's digital transformation, Innovation Lab, and partnerships with technology organizations.
Elected parent representative on the governing board, ensuring the parent community's voice shapes policy and school direction.
